Mahla Zamani, an Iranian woman living in Iran, has a Master's Degree in Banking and Finance from the United Kingdom. She has simultaneously graduated from Pitman Institute of Design and Interior Decoration in UK.

Ms. Zamani has worked as an executive of Iran-Holland Mercantile Bank for over 10 years. As the General Manager of Golvare Gallery in Tehran, She studied Iran's tribal art works for eight years. She has also invested 10 years of research and study to adapt modern fashion with traditional Iranian and Islamic clothing for woman. This study has resulted in a series of thirty books entitled: "Encyclopedia of Clothing in Iran's History and its Global Impact."

Ms. Zamani has organized five successful live fashion shows in Iran since 2000. She has also published the quarterly "Lotus", the first fashion Journal in Iran.
